E' praticata in silenzio, prestando attenzione al respiro, alle sensazioni, alle emozioni, ai suoni ed altro.<br \/><b>Perch\u00e9? <\/b>Perch\u00e9 noi viviamo con inserito l'autopilota, distratti dal multi-tasking e subiamo i nostri pensieri senza avvertire che essi vanno e vengono e che non dobbiamo identificarci con essi. La pratica della Mindfullness ci consente di riconoscere i nostri schemi di pensiero negativo, prima che questi ci opprimano e trascinino in una spirale discendente. La neuroscienza ha confermato che il 90% dei nostri comportamenti sono guidati dall'inconscio... la buona notizia \u00e8 che possiamo arrivare a conoscerlo e gestirlo con la meditazione!<\/p>\n<p><b>Come? <\/b>Millenni di cultura e filosofia sia orientale, che occidentale ci offrono centinai di possibili tipi di meditazione. All'inizio ci si pu\u00f2 sentire confusi, ma non c'\u00e8 motivo; nessun metodo \u00e8 superiore ad un altro, la sola cosa da fare \u00e8 fermare il corpo e prestare attenzione al respiro cos\u00ec la mente smette di distrarci e possiamo percepire la nostra pura essenza. Credetemi: accade, naturalmente. E' solo questione di cominciare e di praticare con regolarit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><b>Quando? <\/b>Non c'\u00e8 un momento specifico o ottimale, ciascuno incontra il suo facilmente. <br \/>La domanda corretta \u00e8 <b>\"<\/b>Quando incominci?\" <br \/>E la risposta corretta \u00e8 \"ORA\". <br \/>Non appena inizierai a percepire i benefici, la meditazione diventer\u00e0 una pratica quotidiana center;\"><i>La Mindfullness<\/i> \u00e8 essere consapevoli. E' notare e prestare attenzione a pensieri, sensazioni, comportamenti... con una parola alla realt\u00e0 , il tutto senza aspettative o giudizio. Pu\u00f2 essere praticata, o meglio impersonata, in qualsiasi momento, qualsiasi luogo, chiunque noi siamo, qualsiasi cosa stiamo facendo, semplicemente restando completamente presenti <b>nel qui e ora<\/b>. A titolo di esempio puoi mangiare o camminare in maniera consapevole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>La meditazione<\/i> \u00e8 fondamentalmente uno strumento o una pratica adottata per coltivare la mindfullness o consapevolezza.
