 MONICA'S STORY

For many years sales manager in multinational medical and pharmaceutical field, Monica approached Gyrotonic® in 2017 as a customer of Gyrotonic® Eur in Rome, thus starting her path to regain shape and psychophysical well-being. A degree in chemistry and the professional knowledge of allopathic medicine are the basis for deepening with scientific method both phisycal training and therapeutic approaches of self-healing.

Under the guidance of the expert and generous instructors Jennifer and Marco, training with some of the best Master Trainers in Italy, in 2020 Monica certifies as a trainer of Gyrotonic® Level 1, then specializing with specific therapeutic programs of the Gyrotonic Expansion System®.

Later, more and more motivated to transmit to others the transformational benefits of the method, in 2022 she challenges herself again, acquiring a further certification as Gyrokinesis® trainer.
Monica’s personal research also leads her to know the craniosacral therapy, a non manipulative technique of osteopathic derivation, which acts on the bone system, fascia and joints listening and facilitating the primary respiratory rhythm of the craniosacral system. After training at the Upledger Institute in Italy, she starts applying the technique in synergy with the Gyrotonic® method to facilitate and enhance the psychophysical well-being of her customers.

Monica’s personal growth then sees her become Mindfullness Trainer, Laughter and Kundalini yoga instructor, Usui Reiki master as a complement to her unstoppable training and practice as a holistic professional and Life & Health Coach.
