HOW DOES IT WORK IN PRACTICE?
The method is designed to start transformation even in one 90' session only, so it will be up to you to set the next steps to follow.
The session is structured in 3 parts, generally lasting 30' each:
1) Initially you will be asked to tell your story in short, main facts and related emotions, and to explain your expectations and goals
2) The core of the session will be coaching you - through open questions, mirroring and body listening hints- to identify to focus on what is important for you in the here and now moment
3) The outcoming of parts 1 and 2 will led to a guided practice which will be exclusively personalised on you. In fact, we are all different so someone may need to focus on breathing while others could better benefit of visualizations, energy rebalancing or even physical exercise. Whichever practice yo will be guided to execute, it will be recorded and remain available for you
